The Vaad Hakashrus of Dallas, dba Dallas Kosher (also known as "DK") is the community's non-profit (501c3) agency that certifies the kashrut of area markets, bakeries, restaurants, hotels & caterers and numerous commercial accounts. Dallas Kosher is a membership organization with a current membership of 600 families. The mission of the DK is to promote the observance of kashrut through supervision, education and service.
