Founded in August 2012, DamageControl is a strategic adviser for social and business sustainability. In growing economies, there are increasing pressures on natural and social capital thus the essence of sustainability is to strive for a circular economy that manages these resources efficiently. We work with our clients to advise, identify, and create programmes to manage this social and natural capital of our society. Over the years, we noticed a trend of ground breaking research slipping into the cracks, and important campaigns lacking depth. Academic language prevents many from understanding the implications of these research findings. We convert unwieldy research into accessible forms of communication. Bridge the research knowledge communication gap.We work across various platforms to transform research into more relateable and accessible formats like film, photography, booklets, print exhibitions and website management. We work based on the understanding that information needs to be disseminated differently depending on the content and target audience. There is a growing need for combining research with communication and that is where our focus lies, we work with non – profits and corporates to create new content and also rehash existing information into accessible communication.
