The history of Damah dates back to the early 1960s - started off as Malaysia Trading Agencies, we deal with flavours and fragrances, colouring and food additives. Since 1966, the company has been appointed by T. Hasegawa Co. Ltd., Japan as the sole agent in Malaysia and Singapore.In 1976, the company changed its name to Damah Trading Sdn. Bhd. and has since grown into an important and reputable supplier of food flavours and seasonings in the Malaysian market.Peresscol Sdn. Bhd. [now T. Hasegawa Flavours (Kuala Lumpur) Sdn. Bhd.] had been set up in 1984 as the manufacturing arm of Damah Trading. It was later acquired by T. Hasegawa Co. Ltd. in October 2014.Aside from our own marketing efforts, Damah is tasked to handle all local enquiries forwarded by T. Hasegawa Flavours (Kuala Lumpur) (previously Peresscol).
