Danby PVC Lining is used as a trenchless pipe relining/rehabilitation PVC system that is corrosion proof and fully structural as well as New Construction, Cast-in-Place and Precast pipes. For rehab, it is very economical for owners that need a structural solution on large diameter pipe ranging from 36" and up in unique shapes. Our system is custom form fitting and can adjust to transition sizes as well as bends. Highly controllable installation method allows for a very predictable outcome and quality assurance. In some cases installation can be done in service to avoid bypassing pumping costs. We are the leader in spiral wound PVC trenchless pipe rehab in the United States. In Cast-in-place and Precast, our PVC lining system is incorporated in the building and manufacturing of the concrete product to provide corrosion protection from the start.
