Dance Beyond Fitness is more than just a fitness class with a few dance moves thrown in. It is dancing and authentic dance moves in an easy-to-follow format meant to get you moving and having fun. Classes are 100% online so you can fit the fun into your schedule whenever the spirit moves you. Unlike traditional dance classes where you have to pick one discipline, Dance Beyond Fitness feature a mix of styles from ballet to salsa to hip hop. Classes are taught for all levels, with a focus on dance (Fitness is just a happy "side effect"!).
