Dance GR's core structure is setup by certified and qualified fitness professionals, this gives participants the best routines to maximize results!Routines are strategically created to target specific areas of the body to be able to increase cardio, strength and overall performance.We do this with keeping in mind that fitness should be fun and exciting and work together as a team to help each other reach our goals.
