Daniel and Allison Winery is a Napa Valley artisan winery. Our Co-Owner and Winemaker, Daniel Maines has worked with and learned from some of the most prestigious winemakers in the world including Patrick Leon, winemaker for Baron Philippe De Rothschild in Bordeaux, France, and Tim Mondavi, winemaker of Opus One Winery and Robert Mondavi Winery. From 1981 to 2004, Daniel worked exclusively with these two renowned winemakers in making and developing Opus One. Honing on his experience at Opus One and his own label, Chateau Manzanita Winery from 2004 - 2013, Daniel escalated his goal and partnered with Allison Tam to form Daniel and Allison Winery. They have one simple mission - that is to make one of the most sophisticated and interesting wines in the Napa Valley.
