I'm a Lead UI/UX/product designer and director with over 15 years of experience creating, managing, and maximizing user-centered online and product solutions for B2C and B2B audiences, for companies such as Deloitte, Japanese-pharmaceutical giant Otsuka, and Citigroup. I've helped launch innovative and award-winning SaaS solutions in enterprise, pharmaceutical, and FinTech, including Otsuka's ODH Mentrics – an innovative physical and mental health member management platform and Citi Velocity – the leading platform for web-based analytics in the institutional domain.I'm an ambidextrous, analytical, creative with a passion for getting to the heart of the matter, engaging with both users and high-performing business teams to accomplish result-oriented outcomes.I'm a firm believer in the user-centered design (UCD) process and leverage a responsive and pragmatic approach to understanding a business's and its users' pain points to solve complex problems.
