Local born artist Daniel Laurence Matthews studied sculpture and furniture making at the University of Brighton before establishing his open-studio, tucked away in the famous "Artists Quarter" of Brighton's historic Kings Road Arches, where he continues to develop his fresh, imaginative style with it's distinctive sense of peace and relaxation.Located on the beach, he is aptly inspired by the ever changing vista of sea and sky, and marine life is a favoured theme in depicting Gods beautiful creation.
