DanioData™ (D2™), the Zebrafish Data App, is the first relational model app specifically designed for the zebrafish research facility. D2 helps you seamlessly organize and track your zebrafish tanks and stock data, including fish lines, strains, pedigree, health history and much more. In addition to managing the lab's data, DanioData provides a number of tools to support the lab's daily operations and research, so you can: search (and assign) complex strain names with ease; scan and track tanks you move, split, distribute and create sub-stocks from; access racks and tanks from the lab's digital floor plan; measure and log attrition rates during screenings; run multi-variate queries and produce summary reports showing age, pedigree, mortalities, spawn methods, generation, of lines you manage; and be notified when procedures are pending on any of these lines.
