The First Experience House for Islamic Financial Consulting and Shari'a Auditing L.L.C is a member of Dr. Sami Homoud Group for Islamic Financial and Banking Consultancy and Training. The Group was established in 1987 in London, United Kingdom; it is registered in the State of Belize as an Offshore Company under No. 11772 and also registered as a Jordanian Limited Liability Company under No. 47093.We are specialized in Islamic financial institutions, providing financial and banking advisory services, supervision and Shari'a auditing, financial institutions Governance, preparation of compliance and Governance schemes, establishment of Islamic banks, conversion of conventional banks into Islamic ones,. We are also setting up Islamic windows, preparation of a special program to prepare human resources and qualify them to implement Islamic banking.The Group is pioneer of contemporary Islamic banking, in terms of innovation, development and compliance with the Shari'a compliant banking industry. Dr. Sami Hassan Homoud is the founder of Jordan Islamic Bank in 1978, Al Baraka Bank of Bahrain in 1983, and he was the first one awarded with Islamic Development Bank prize for Islamic Banking & Finance in 1987. The Group has contributed with the transformation of conventional banks to banks operating in accordance with Islamic law.
