To be called Kona Coffee the cherry must be grown on a narrow strip of volcanic soil that is only three miles wide and 30 miles long.Our mountain farm in Captain Cook, rising from 600 to nearly a 1000 feet, is in the heartland of Kona Coffee Country. The morning sun, afternoon showers and even warm temperature are ideal for coffee trees.Every day as we look out over the Pacific Ocean, Kealakekua Bay and the majestic (sometimes snow-covered) peak of Mauna Kea, we are grateful for the privilege of being in the select Ohana of Kona Coffee farmers. We want to share this experience with you.
