Databeers is a non-profit organization with the aim to create a world-wide community of data lovers. We organize public events to share interesting, fun and/or challenging data based stories in an informal and relaxed way, with the best social lubricant: beer.The main objective is to make state of the art results and methods in Data Science accessible to a wider audience in a conducing atmosphere, creating a melting pot of scientists, developers, big companies, government, artists, tech entrepreneurs and general members of public.Successfully born in Madrid in 2014, Databeers has spread across the world with now 25+ chapters across cities and approx. 100-160 participant per event. The chapters are independent but all share the same philosophy.
