Our buying team operates on sourcing platform built entirely in-house which encompasses the entire strategic sourcing workflow, including supplier identification, quoting, and supply base management, all in compliance with ITAR. Powered by our innovative computational geometry and machine learning applications, we excel in locating optimal suppliers. With comprehensive capability data on thousands of suppliers and highly efficient tools for RFQ distribution and order management, Datum is at the forefront of cutting-edge procurement solutions. In some cases, we supplement current supply chain teams, in other cases we serve as an entire outsourced procurement department. We work with all advanced manufacturing verticals: CNC Machining, sheet metal, PCB, Wire Harnessing, Composites, etc., if the part can be manufactured, we can source it. To get started Customers submit a part(s) they want sourced through our Procurement Request (PR) portal. Our team of expert technical buyers utilize our proprietary digital tools to develop a procurement strategy for said part(s). We share this strategy with customers, being fully transparent with the suppliers we recommend. Datum only gets paid if a customer proceeds to send a Purchase Order to a suggested supplier. We then project manage the order until delivered. Datum is a not a reseller, we allow you to directly send a Purchase Order to the supplier
