David holds a BA in Psychology from Wright State University and a Master of Architecture from the University of South Florida. He is a long-standing member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects), he's registered via NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) and licensed in the state of Florida to practice architecture. His registration allows him reciprocity to get licensed and practice in any state. He also has a perfect track record in terms of getting unique projects approved by AHJs (Agencies Having Jurisdiction) including but not limited to: Construction Services, Zoning, Building Departments, City Council, FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation), etc. He also has a perfect track record for getting permits approved. He feels so strongly about this that we actually don't stop working until the permit is approved.
