Our Seafood shop is open 7 days a week 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are selling FRESH head on shrimp, peeled & deveined shrimp, softshell shrimp (seasonal), squid and live crabs.Check out what we have to offer in frozen shrimp as we have shrimp all year long.1.) The shrimp are first chilled at 34°F in an iced seawater. They are weighed, bagged, and boxed, and loaded into the 45°F deck freezer aboard the M/V Mariah Jade & M/V Daytin & Destin to be quick-frozen. The process in which we complete these will leave them tasting like they just came out of the water. Once unloaded off of the vessels, they are stored at 10°F and ready for delivery. 2.) The shrimp are washed and chilled in seawater, sacked into 30 to 35 pounds sacks and placed in -5°F brine freezing tank. After spending 12 to 15 minutes in the tank, they are lift out and placed in a 0°F deck freezer aboard the vessel. Once unloaded on shore, they are placed in a freezer at our facility ready for delivery. 3.) We unload day boats which bring in fresh beautiful Louisiana shrimp. They are placed in a chilled 34°F slush vat (water and ice), loaded on to a conveyor. The shrimp are led through a CO2 tunnel and frozen at a -100°F temperature, bagged, boxed and palletized right in our facility ready for delivery.We are looking for wholesale buyers, restaurants and grocery stores that are interested in purchasing high quality shrimp.We are selling BAIT shrimp for those going fishing!We are able to ship through UPS!
