Inspired by my own life growing up and starting out in the world of work, "I was so lucky to have had people in my life who believed in me at a time when I didn't really believe in myself, it made such a difference. Now I just want to give back".MY EXPERIENCEExperienced in working in different environment settings from military, engineering and facilities management through to developing inclusive communities in sports and recreation. I have worked for circa 20 years in management and leadership roles, and have led teams from 2-132 personnel with direct operational spending budgets of up to £10.5 million and supported projects of up to £150 million in portfolios of up to 8000 staff. I hold a chartered status with the Chartered Management Institute.
