David Miles & Partners Ltd is a Building Services Consultancy (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health) established in 1982 as a Partnership, the practice incorporated in October 1995. Whilst never limiting itself to a particular market, DMP established itself with a high proportion of Local Authority projects, both housing and public buildings. The balance comprises a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in the private sector. The practice offers expertise in the full range of mechanical and electrical building services, security systems, CCTV, lifts, sanitation, and drainage, with capability in new build and refurbishment projects. In addition to the traditional role of designer and contract administrator, as part of a design team and as single lead consultant, the practice undertakes a variety of commissions, with full 2D and 3D CAD, and Revit capability. All projects are handled from our office in Romford town centre, very close to the British Rail Station, providing direct access to Central London by frequent train services (journey time 30 minutes or less).
