Established in 1997 David Trowler Associates are an independent practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Access Consultants providing a comprehensive range of professional services to those involved in the acquisition, development or maintenance of property.Specialising in maintenance, refurbishment and alterations to existing buildings we have experience in a wide variety of properties from listed buildings to modern offices and a significant proportion of our projects involve occupied premises.Through close association with a range of consultants including structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers and quantity surveyors we are able to offer a complete service to all clients.Quality assurance is essential in enabling us to provide all Clients with an efficient, reliable and high standard of service and all projects are monitored, on a continuing basis, to ensure our services are delivered on time and within budget. The Practice is ISO 9001:2008, and ISO 14001:2004 accredited and we are also registered with Constructionline.Based in offices on the Wirral we operate through the North West of England, Cheshire, Shropshire and along the North and Mid-Wales coast for a range of clients in the public and private sectors.We are committed to developing long-standing working relationships with our new and established clients, based on mutual trust and respect, to ensure that we are able to make a positive contribution to protecting, maintaining and enhancing their assets.
