The principle behind all of the work that David Wilson Associates undertakes is: ‘To protect the environment for future generations by ensuring that the needs of this one are met in a sustainable manner' In addition to this over-riding professional responsibility to the Planet, there is also the responsibility to our clients. We consider it crucially important to listen to those who commission us, but there is little point in employing a designer if you already know the answer. We aim to inspire our clients and give them what they did not realise they wanted. To achieve this involves a very close working relationship and the requirement on us to clearly understand the issues that our clients face. These simple, yet fundamental, principles have inspired us to work with a wide range of people including large scale commercial developers, enthusiastic and committed community representatives and professional public officials
