Seniors in college, generally, have one foot out the door as they look to the future and accept job offers. Simultaneously, underclassmen are constantly trying to prove themselves academically and professionally in hopes to land the jobs that the current seniors have. Having experienced both roles, our mentors understand how different these mindsets are, but how powerful and valuable they can be when combined.Dawgs to Dawgs is a peer-to-peer business mentoring program that advises LSB students on personal and professional topics such as internships, job applications and interviews, study abroad, and time management. Given that seniors have experience applying for positions, networking with business professionals, and working for various companies, Dawgs to Dawgs creates a hub of LSB seniors to help younger business students develop professionally and personally.
