Established in 2008, PT DBL Indonesia was created to manage the Developmental Basketball League (DBL). Indonesia's biggest student basketball competition. Started with only five staff. The company now employs over 170 full time staffs in Graha Pena Building Surabaya. PT DBL Indonesia is a member of the Jawa Pos Group, Indonesia biggest media network, consisting of over 200 newspapers and television stations across the archipelago.The company now mainly organises Developmental Basketball League (DBL, High School), Junior Basketball League (JRBL, Junior High), and DBL Academy (Basketball School for Kids). The Company just finished National Basketball League Indonesia (NBL, Professional Men) for five season including Women's National Basketball League Indonesia (WNBL, Professional Women). To grow the business, PT DBL Indonesia also has DBL Store (Biggest Basketball Store in Indonesia) and MAINBASKET (Magazine Focused on Basketball). The company also manages and executes international events and teams, such us NBA Official Event and The Indonesia National Junior Basketball Team.
