DBMC Restaurants, headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA, was formed in 2009 to acquire the operation, as franchisor, of Santa Fe Cattle Company. Since then, DBMC has acquired Cody's Original Roadhouse, as franchisor, and executed a multi-state agreement with Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar to develop 30 units as franchisee. To date, DBMC has a total of 27 franchised SFCC and Cody's locations and operates 9 Walk-On's with plans to develop another 21 over the next 4 years. In 2020 DBMC began a new partnership with Mod Super Fast Pizza Holdings to develop 30 stores across the south and southeast in the next 7 years. The Company employs over 2,500 and has operations in seven states primarily in the southeast.
