DDR & Associates was formed to provide broad-based solutions to our clients by bridging the gaps that exist between traditional strategic consulting, legal, financial service and venture capital firms to facilitate the raising of capital. We accomplish this by helping our clients evaluate all the potential opportunities that exist to raise capital and acquire strategic resources. DDR's philosophy is to develop and maintain long-term client relationships with a select group of companies and investors on a much more client-intensive basis than traditional investment banking service providers. As part of that process, we regularly interact with equity analysts in the relevant coverage areas, as well as with market-makers active in the small-cap arena. We have also forged relationships with select, like-minded, fundamentally-driven institutional investors that take positions in publicly traded small-cap companies with outstanding potential.
