The Value Chain Coach facilitates companies, NGO's and triple helix organisations to develop value chains and networks in the agri business. Since 1990 Woody Maijers the owner of this companies is active in the different sectors of the agri business. The major activities are: development of value chain intervention strategies, training and coaching of managers and entrepreneurs to take the lead in value chain development, regional innovation agenda development to develop the cluster for example the Greenport Venlo or Westland Oostland. The Value Chain coach is a network company. Depending on the needs we organise the right experts. We operate national (Netherlands) and international all over the world. This way we can connect people and thoughts. Our projects transfer applied research results to new concept development of companies. We facilitate triple helix initiatives to support value chain development in such a way the business can take the lead.
