DEC Church - a non-denomination Penetecostal family oriented church located in the third oldest city in the US, Newark, NJ. Founded in 1957 by Apostle Arturo Skinner. Apostle Ralph & Rosalind Nichol, Senior Pastors DEC offers Worship and Children's Church Sunday mornings at 11:00 am, and Weekly Bible Study and Prayer on Tuesday nights from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE: COMMUNION - First Sunday of the month, LOVE REVOLUTION feeding ministry - MEN'S GROUP, WOMEN'S GROUP - COMMUNITY CULTURAL ARTS PROGRAMS - CHILDREN'S SUMMER CAMPDEC is located in the former Temple B'nai Abraham. Added to the National Register of historic places "The Temple" (as it is now called) is one of the three oldest former Synagogues in Newark, and the largest ever built in the state of New Jersey. Temple history spans two congregations and two important spiritual leaders of the 20th Century in Apostle Arturo Skinner. and Rabbi Joachim Prinz, who along with Dr. Martin Luther King co-organized the 1963 Civil Rights March on Washington, DC.
