Richard Decker, MSPSCJ, Ph.D., is a forensic sociologist-criminologist with a solid base of education in psychology, sociology and criminology, coupled with 30+ years of experience in criminal justice as an investigator for both the private and public sector. Rick is an expert in behaviors, and investigation processes. As a company we use that education and experience to explain behaviors, train and promote action that creates better investigators and investigations processes thereby promoting accountability in people's action and behaviors. We do this using a variety of tools. The end goal is to explain, educate, stimulate change, and identify shortcomings in people who want to think better, process information better, and have better skills to interact with others. In the past Richards' skills have been used to explain investigation processes and train people how to be better investigators, and others who interact with the public all with then end goal of improvement in skills, relationships. Rick is published internationally in professional journals, criminal justice encyclopedia's, books, and independent articles all covering criminal investigations, social and criminal behaviors as well as hosting the podcast A Shadow of Truth discussing real crime and the social impact it has on our society.
