We are a start-up stock exchange that is still in the development stage. We plan to provide a publicly lit marketplace where institutional investors, market makers and global banks can negotiate block trades using our new patented limit order types. Our Hide Side order type will help institutional investors advertise large blocks without moving the market. Our Check NBBO order type allows market makers the ability to aggregate all the liquidity in the market into a single quote. In Phase 2 of our project, we plan to offer institutional investors the ability to call a market to their screens for each of their orders.
