deepKnowledge Foundation was formed to perpetuate the educational process for craftspeople and technology advocates that work in the Mission Critical world. Too often technology is the only thing taught, while it is imperative, the softer side of the critical environment can be equally as important. We are teaching people how and why things happen in the Data Center: From the EPO button on the wall, as in, why is it there all the way down to how to talk with people that may or may not be in crisis concerning the All-So-Critical Room they may be responsible for. We are education centric with an eye on productivity and profitability of those we serve. Not only mechanical, not only electrical, not only fire-life safety, but a great blend of all.
