BUSINESS CONSULTING:Definitive Design Solutions (DDS) offers you the following business consulting services that are catered for small to medium enterprises (SME), which may be starting out and looking to develop governance across your business. We will work together in order to develop or update the business' key strategic objectives setting out your goals for the next 3-5 years that may cover key areas whether front-line operations and/or corporate services. This will feed into matters concerning what you need to govern your business and meet your compliance obligations based on Australian Law. Ensuring everything is aligned with the vision you have in order to enable your business to thrive in today's ever changing market, sector and/or industry you operate across.PROJECT MANAGEMENT:Contract DDS to assist you deliver your projects/programs to improve your business efficiencies and productivity with measurable outcomes and/or results.INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER (AND FACILITATION): E-LEARNINGEngage DDS with your training needs; whether you would like us to develop learning materials, eLearning packages (that are SCORM compliant) to the facilitation of training session(s) both face to face or online delivery with a minimum of 12 and maxixum 30 participants/attendees based on the content that is to be delivered.*
