Founded in 1985, Dekortas is a family-owned company; active in production, marketing, service, import and export of certain hearth products & building metarials. Cast iron, sheet iron and metal plates; marble, travertine and natural stone products; pressed wall-coating stones and fireplaces are being processed in its production plant. Being one of the first companies to step into the fireplace industry in Turkey, along with the company's determined and passionate culture to spot and overrun the consumer needs; Dekortas has the experience and the ability to customize its services for distinctive tastes and desires; ensuring the leadership in the domestic market. In 2015, the brand VeraChef was created outside the main organization, offering cast iron FirePit/Grills & BBQs for both the domestic and the international market. VeraChef also became the domestic importer and distributor of specialty grills like the famous Jamie Oliver Barbecues and Wood Burning Ovens. In 2016, we have decided to take the concept under the roof of Dekortas; and so, VeraChef became the Patio/Garden products branch of Dekortas.In 2018, we created the brand Aegean Mantels, putting together all our expertise of sourcing the premium marbles/stones in the Aegean area, skillful craftsmanship and the architectural history of the beautiful Aegean.Today, Dekortas has the same Mantra and Company Culture as it was founded in 1985.
