Our History:Del-Val Food Ingredients started as a food ingredient brokerage company. When the current ownership took over in 1996, the focus was to grow the business to a distribution company, facilitated by the addition of warehousing in Moorestown, New Jersey. As existing customer relationships grew, as well as the number of strategic partnerships with leading food ingredient manufacturers, Del-Val Food Ingredients expanded once more to its current location in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. Around 2010, Del Val understood that there was a need in the market for specialized flavor enhancement & bakery technologies. Servicing both our existing customer base as well as others in the market. Over the past 10 years, we have built an entire manufacturing facility as well as robust flavor enhancement and functional bakery technology portfolio.
