Eligibility for services is prioritized for Delawareans as follows:Total Blind- No Light PerceptionLegally Blind- 20/200 visual acuity in the better eye with correction OR has a field restriction limited to 20 degrees or lessSeverely Visually Impaired- 20/700 to 20/200 visual acuity in the better eye with correction.
