We recommend all martial arts, as they can all engender a feeling of self worth, provided you with the right instructor. We are qualified to teach Martial Arts, we provide Karate Classes, Yoga, Meditation and Kickboxing. You are welcome to clearly define your own goals. We promise to help you achieve them. Each individual's progress is very important to us, and we recognize that we all have different needs and preferences. Please note that martial art training within our academy is highly controlled. We don't teach how to hit and attack, however we teach an art form, improve confidence, fitness and how to defense when you fell unsafe – at the same time as having fun.
