Starting from a Security Guarding Company providing, Delta Security Ltd continued growth allowed Delta to launch a Remote Monitoring division building a Alarm Receiving Centre/Remote Video Response Centre which is now formed under Delta Monitoring Services (DMS) DMS is a totally independent Alarm Receiving Centre & Remote Video Response Centre (ARC/RVRC) based in Bristol, UK, though we can monitor alarms and CCTV from clients situated anywhere in the world. At DMS our main focus is to our clients and the service they and their customers in turn receive from us, we understand that every clients monitoring requirements are different and we work very closely with every single client to make sure their need are fully met. DMS's only association with alarm or CCTV installation Companies, is that they are our clients. We can freely provide impartial advice on the most practical alarm or CCTV monitoring solution for every specific client. Our client base primarily comes from independent alarm installers, who do not have their own Alarm Receiving capabilities but wish to offer this added service to their customers. Being accredited to BS5979 (CAT II) and BS8418 means that our standards are high. Our ARC/RVRC is resistant to physical attack and power failures, and in the extremely unlikely event of a main system failure, we are still able to provide continuous monitoring to our clients. We are operational 24/7 365 days a year without fail.
