DEM is a mechanical engineering company with global operations specialized in the development and construction of machines and systems for processing wire and reinforcement steel. Our range of machinery covers the full spectrum of rolling technology. It includes cold rolling equipment with varying degrees of automation for the production of flat and profile wire in ferrous and non ferrous material, reinforcing steel wire in bars and coils, and micromills with pre-heating of the wire rod with induction furnaces. We also make rolling cassettes for reinforcement wire, nails wire and compactation of ropes, micro rolling cassettes to be used in multipass drawing lines or in flux cored wire lines, also manufactured by DEM.
