DEM provides clients and partners access to over 100 experts and specialists. We offer extensive proficiency in integrated energy design, energy retrofitting, energy management, ESCO, advisory services, energy auditing, legal and regulatory reform, renewable energy technologies, and capacity building. Over the past 20 years, we have worked in over 100 countries providing consultancy services in energy efficiency, renewable energy, energy legislation and regulation, energy policy, institutional reform, financing, and monitoring and evaluation. For the Danish market, we offer private and public clients consulting services in integrated energy design and energy renovation of large buildings. We explore the relationship between energy investments and building performance. We achieve our aim by optimising indoor climate and air quality, optimising daylight and natural ventilation to patterns of use. We also provide advice on cooling systems, plumbing, electrical installations and renewable energy technologies. Our approach is to optimise the synergy between the business case, the building environment and functionality. DEM has offices in Denmark, United States, Norway, England, Thailand, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and South Africa.
