Denis Adari Foundation Details
This foundation was started in honor of the late Denis Adari, who passed away on the 19th of March 2011 and was a civil engineering student. Denis Adari Foundation was launched on the 5th April 2013 in partnership with the university of Nairobi, civil and construction engineering department. This partnership provides a platform for the foundation to reach students, while providing the university with an access to the industries. We are therefore working together to bridge the gap between universities and industries; as we shape and inspire the youth to excellence.Often young people make choices that on the surface may appear attractive and adventurous but end in tragic consequences. we therefore urge the young, that before following any peer-driven options look back and consider whether it is in your long-term interest to focus on realizing your dreams as opposed to short-term gratification.We therefore aim to positively transform the lives of youth by empowering them to acquire knowledge and skills through academic scholarships, internships and mentorship programs.The Foundation is initially supported with seed money from family and is managed by a Board of Trustee who operate selflessly. We look forward to building more partnerships and writing proposals that call on all well-wishers for support sometime in the near future so that we can achieve the goals that we have set out. Finally, I thank you once again for visiting our page.
