Dental phobia treatments by VR technologyOur product is fundamentally a game-based immersive virtual reality based on exposure therapy principles to help the psychotherapists treat their patients to overcome dental phobia.DPT offers biofeedback signals to the therapist to quickly and objectively associate increased levels of anxiety as a patient is exposed to various "fear triggering" scenes (exposure therapy).Another unique feature in our product is the use of regressive machine learning. Our software uses the combination of the biofeedback signal and the regressive machine learning to provide a "fear index". The fear index provides an accurate and objective measure of the progress of the patient in the phobia therapy.
