The department delivers innovative and economically responsible outcomes to champion the interests of business and industry for the benefit of all Queenslanders. The department reports to Dr Anthony Lynham as the Minister for State Development and Minister for Natural Resources and Mines and is led by Director-General Michael Schaumburg. The department includes: • Office of the Coordinator General, led by the Coordinator-General Barry Broe • Major Projects Office, led by Deputy Director-General Stuart Pickering • State Development, led by Acting Deputy Director-General Matthew Andrew • Regional Services, led by Deputy Director-General Kathy Schaefer • Business Solutions and Partnerships, led by Chief Operating Officer Colin Cassidy.
