Initially to assist my Logbook students with the necessary basics of the Real Estate industry, and after 18 months spent on research, permissions obtained from attorneys, auditors & bond originators it developed into a 130 page, comprehensive & explanatory guide, covering the complete and full spectrum of topics specifically for Real Estate Agents and their daily activities.Knowing very well that the completion of the Logbook can be a daunting task, sometimes accompanied by frustration and lack of sufficient knowledge of where to start, not even mentioning time-consuming, and keeping us away from what we love to do – Selling Properties!We are here to assist all Principals & Intern Agents with the compulsory, prescribed Induction training, which will ultimately be the foundation for the completion of the Logbook, which is compulsory to complete within the first 12 months of the Internship.MESSAGE TO INTERN ESTATE AGENTS The Induction Course also forms a major part of the Portfolio of Evidence required in the Logbook from the EAAB, where the Intern has to complete and submit assignments and projects.This course supplies 80% of the info needed to complete the compulsory Logbook from EAAB.
