Strategic & Business PlanningWe provide management with extensive strategic and tactical skills resulting in the creation of operating business plans used internally for planning and externally for fundraising. 2. Sales & Marketing OptimizationWith a strong focus to reducing sales cycles and increasing sales and marketing productivity, we provide detailed hands-on tactical plans in sales channels analysis, quota assignments, forecasting, & compensation. We also provide extensive marketing services.3. Financial Planning and FundraisingWe play an active role in creating financial plans, establishing controls and providing interim CFO management. We've taken a leadership role in campaigns >$725m for companies start-ups to established companies seeking expansion capital. 4. Senior Management CoachingWe provide extensive 1-on-1 and 1-on-team direct coaching to the senior managers of its customers. We provide senior managers with management development skills, mentoring, conflict resolution skills and continuous guidance in other management skills necessary to create successful CEO's. From time to time, these services evolve into situations where Jack and his managers take direct assignments in portfolio companies and become interim CEOs, CFOs and VPs of Operations and VPs of Sales.
