Desarrollo Empresarial y Vinícola is a Mexican Corporation focused on developing and managing a 4-star resort in the heart of the Mexican wine country. El Valle de Guadalupe; Mexico's celebrated wine-producing region where 90% of all Mexican wines are grown and produced. Todd Hartman, principal of the Portland-based construction and project development firm Hartman Strong Hartman, is the founder and majority shareholder of Desarrollo Empresarial y Vinícola. A Mexican Corporation founded in January 2016 and based in Tijuana, Baja California. Julia Muñoz, principal of Muñoz y Merida Asociados in Tijuana is the Desarrollo Empresarial y Vinícola corporate attorney, shareholder, and the face of our resort project in this region. Muñoz y Merida Asociados is a highly regarded law firm working with many Mexican and US companies establishing businesses in Mexico. There are significant resort opportunities in El Valle as the Mexicans continue to flock in growing numbers to their "Napa Valley". El Valle has been a major wine-producing region since the 1,600's, yet in the past few years, El Valle is increasingly being recognized as a leading global destination for the food and wine travelers. El Valle is now being portrayed as "North America's next great food and wine destination" **Rhapsody August 2017**. European and US travelers are converging on this region to enjoy its signature Baja-Med cuisine and award-winning wines.
