I'm highly skilled in eLearning implementation, educational technology, differentiated instruction, and curriculum development. I specialize in transforming content to meet the individual needs of audiences.HOW DO I DO THIS:I utilize the latest technology and my creative passion to build engaging and memorable learning experiences rooted in adult learning theory. I use the instructional design model that fits the client's project, such as ADDIE, SAM, Action Mapping, Gagne's 9 Events and the Kirkpatrick Model. I craft learning solutions for you and your organization based on your goals and audience while collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) for accurate and quality course content. I also use graphic design, photography and branding as part of my skillset. My ultimate goal for each asset, course, or training is to make learning memorable, not boring.WHAT SOFTWARE I USE:I have a special focus on creating and developing effective eLearning with tools including Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other programs such as Audacity, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.WHY I LOVE IT:This field combines many of passions while utilizing my strengths.
