Our service offering is simple, for a flat fee for all of your commercial design service needs. We will discuss your brief with you and draft your plans into a space you are considering. You will receive the first draft within 5 business days of providing us with the details. Up to two revisions are included in the fee. We provide you with PDFs of the plans, to scale, in 2D with 3D renders and a 3D virtual tour of the office as well. Importantly, you own the plans.
