DESIGNER BODIES is family owned and operated by Dwain & Doris Kindelberger... Personal Fitness Professionals with more than 50 years of combined practical experience. Dwain is blessed to be recognized as one of the industry's most successful fitness professionals and life coaches with nearly 30 years of practical experience motivating everyone from children to seniors to professional athletes. He is the innovator of the Integrated Body Makeover Experience TM and the Dynamic Fitness Lifestyle TM. Doris has been personal training since 1999 and assisting Dwain in some fashion for most of their years together. She was also an integral part of Dwain's success during his years as a world class bodybuilder and personal trainer/nutritional manager to the stars during their years of operating DESIGNER BODIES out of Southern California more specifically... Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu. Nikko has been training under his parents guidance since the age of 8 for football. With football behind him he is now working towards his Phd. in Exercise Science and is an up and coming natural (drug-free) bodybuilder with the ultimate goal of turning pro one day. Our main objective is to inspire you to make healthy lifestyle modifications and to live by the very principles that have made DESIGNER BODIES a success while teaching you how these principles apply to you as an individual in an effort to achieve your absolute personal best!.
