The process is quite extensive and yet extremely simple whereby the Destination CEO Consultants work with students on due diligence of not only the organization they would like to work for, but also in self-analysis to explore if they would be a "FIT" for the organization based on hard, soft and transferrable skills. \\Once these basics have been met, the consultant assists students to create a Destination CEO project and "Power Prospects" the hiring manager and shares this project with that leader, requesting for an informational interview for the student or invite to a networking event. \\This process not only results better student placements, because the student is involved in their search, but also increases employability outcomes and exposure to the talent pool within the college.
