DET Investments main focus is the strategic acquisition and management of bulk single family home packages in the greater Detroit area, with a focus on northwest Detroit. Upon acquisition, we rely on our internal management to stabilize the asset through active, hands on tenant engagement and top tier maintenance of our physical assets ensuring: tenant satisfaction, low turnover and the necessary capital investment assuring the physical condition of all our homes uniformly meets our standards. We differentiate ourselves by ensuring our rentals are best in class. A small, but important part of our portfolio consists of Multi Unit residential assets which are also managed in house. Giving back is important to us at DET Investments, which is why we dedicate a 20 unit building to US veterans, ensuring our veterans in need have a respectable home, at affordable rental rates.
