DEV ENGINEERS is a recently established Organization has been into the field of Mechanical & Structural Work. We undertake following activities, DESIGN- PROCESS AND MECHANICAL Pressure Vessels (vertical/horizontal), Heat Exchangers, Columns and Reaction Vessels WITH AGITATORS. Air cooled heat exchangers. API 650/653, API 620, IS 803 STORAGE Tanks (Detailed design, fabrication drawings, structure) Piping Design, Skid mounted with equipment's, piping & structural design. Piping Stress Analysis. FEA (Finite element analysis) Expansion Bellows. For European countries, we deal in design & engineering of pressure vessels for availing CE marking certifications. CARRYING OUT DETAILED ENGINEERING IN MECHANICAL & STRUCTURAL WORK. Drawing Preparation for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reaction Vessels with internal & external attachments like tray supports, platform support clips, insulation supports and Tanks. Cryogenic Equipments for storage of Gases in Liquid form H2, LN2 & LAR. Equipment Layouts, Piping Layouts, & ISO Metric Drawings (Also inclusion of Site modification changes required on engineering documents by visiting site & such other.) Regeneration Drawings. Detail Drawing of Structural. Preparation of Bill of Materials. Preparation of Technical Data Sheets, Enquiry Specifications, Material Requisitions, Purchase Requisitions for Special Equipment, Rotary Equipment, Piping Specifications etc. Bid evaluation of items to be purchased. Review and Approval of Design documents based on technical specifications/MR/PR provided to us. PROCUREMENT ASSISANCE TO CLIENT Vendor Enlistment. -- Order Placement on Behalf of Clients. Preparation of Enquiry Documents. -- Follow up & expediting with Vendor. Technical & Commercial Evaluation of offers. CONSTRUCTION ASSISANCE TO CLIENT SITE SUPERVISION-HELPING CUSTOMERS IN SOURCING MANPOWER PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
