Founded in 2001 by Dr Michael Parer and Suon Sokoeun to deliver eLearning in Architecture and Engineering at the undergraduate and graduate levels. DCD has capacity for 360 students, and seeks to attract and develop the very best in the field of architecture and civil engineering. DCD has been successful in helping thousands of Cambodian students become the top tier professionals in their field. Many of the new buildings and high rises in Phnom Penh are products of our students skills as they have progressed into the work place.DCD is well known In Phnom Penh as the Home of Design Learning with its impressive course offerings in Architectural Design, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Electrical Design and Graphic Design. Our facilities are equipped with fully air-conditioned computer labs and tutorial rooms each with LCD projectors and WIFI internet. Our training is known to provide students with an advantage over their classmates at University. Improved grades and educational outcomes are the primary incentive for students to join DCD.DCD maintains a strong relationship with local and international universities to ensure our training programs are relevant and deliver the best value outcomes to our students. DCD works with universities to develop the profession and the professionals in architecture and civil engineering, while remaining committed to promoting Khmer style design.DCD was blessed to be granted the patronage of Vann Mollyvann prior to his death in 2017. DCD is committed to ensuring that Vann Mollyvann's vision of a Khmer architectural revival is developed and maintained in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
